En la semana del 12 de septiembre se celebr\u00f3 en Casablanca (Marruecos) una nueva reuni\u00f3n de la Alianza Mundial Orange<\/strong> donde negociamos acuerdos entre la Direcci\u00f3n del Grupo Orange<\/strong> y todos los sindicatos europeos y africanos afiliados a UNI<\/strong>, la organizaci\u00f3n sindical en la que nos coordinamos internacionalmente.<\/p>\n

En esta reuni\u00f3n, pospuesta desde 2020 debido a la pandemia, la representaci\u00f3n de UGT<\/strong> particip\u00f3 de los trabajos que pueden dar lugar a acuerdos de obligado cumplimiento para todos los pa\u00edses y filiales de Orange<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ya en el pasado conseguimos acuerdos en materia de salud laboral<\/strong> y de igualdad<\/strong>, que por ejemplo en este \u00faltimo caso obliga a eliminar la brecha salarial como muy tarde en 2025. Tambi\u00e9n hemos dado pasos para formalizar el teletrabajo en todas las filiales, estudiar v\u00edas de compensaci\u00f3n de gastos, compromisos del Grupo para minimizar el impacto de la inflaci\u00f3n en el poder adquisitivo de las personas trabajadoras de nuestra empresa, etc \u2026<\/p>\n

Gracias a este tipo de encuentros y compromisos nos dotamos de m\u00e1s herramientas para intentar en las negociaciones locales de cada pa\u00eds, tambi\u00e9n en Espa\u00f1a, mejorar las condiciones laborales de todos y todas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
