Seg\u00fan la documentaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica facilitada, la distribuci\u00f3n prevista es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.649 personas en Telef\u00f3nica de Espa\u00f1a (41,04% sobre una plantilla total de 8.892).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.124 personas en Telef\u00f3nica M\u00f3viles (31.34% sobre una plantilla total de 3.587).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">267 personas en Telef\u00f3nica Soluciones (23,89% sobre una plantilla total de 1.118).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UGT ha exigido que cualquier medida que se adopte se articule como un proceso estrictamente voluntario basado en prejubilaciones, en coherencia con lo firmado en el acta del ERE de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, UGT ha se\u00f1alado que resultar\u00e1 imposible alcanzar un acuerdo global si no avanzan de forma satisfactoria las negociaciones para prorrogar el actual CEV hasta 2030.
