Crecer en actividad, en capacidad tecnol\u00f3gica y en oportunidades, <strong>pero tambi\u00e9n consolidar el empleo y garantizar el futuro de las personas que hacen posible Telef\u00f3nica<\/strong>. La simplificaci\u00f3n, las sinergias o los nuevos modelos operativos deben convertirse en palancas para reforzar el negocio y generar nuevas oportunidades, situando siempre a las personas en el centro de esa transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Telef\u00f3nica afronta importantes desaf\u00edos durante los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os:\u00a0<strong>la Inteligencia Artificial, la automatizaci\u00f3n, la evoluci\u00f3n de las redes, los nuevos modelos de negocio, la transformaci\u00f3n del B2B y B2C y un mercado europeo cada vez m\u00e1s exigente<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> compartimos la necesidad de que Telef\u00f3nica afronte estos retos con ambici\u00f3n y mirando al futuro, porque una compa\u00f1\u00eda capaz de crecer, innovar y competir es tambi\u00e9n la mejor base sobre la que construir\u00a0<strong>empleo estable, de calidad y con futuro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Precisamente por ello,\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">UGT<\/span> defendi\u00f3 desde el inicio que la estrategia empresarial y la estrategia laboral deb\u00edan avanzar en el mismo horizonte temporal<\/strong>. <strong>Si el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico establec\u00eda la hoja de ruta de Telef\u00f3nica hasta 2030, entend\u00edamos imprescindible que las personas trabajadoras dispusieran tambi\u00e9n de un marco de estabilidad, derechos y garant\u00edas hasta 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hoy, ante un nuevo escenario de transformaci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>esa estrategia cobra todav\u00eda m\u00e1s sentido<\/strong>. La extensi\u00f3n de los marcos laborales hasta 2030 no es \u00fanicamente una cuesti\u00f3n de vigencia temporal: supone dotar a las plantillas de\u00a0<strong>certeza y protecci\u00f3n ante los cambios que sab\u00edamos que llegar\u00edan durante la ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong>. Transformaci\u00f3n empresarial y estabilidad laboral no deben ser conceptos antagonistas, sino elementos que tienen que avanzar conjuntamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<strong>animamos a Telef\u00f3nica a continuar por la senda del crecimiento, la inversi\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de nuevas capacidades<\/strong>, aprovechando todo el potencial y el conocimiento existente dentro del Grupo. Los desaf\u00edos derivados de la IA y de la digitalizaci\u00f3n deben convertirse en oportunidades para evolucionar profesionalmente, desarrollar nuevas competencias e impulsar la empleabilidad, <strong>apostando por la formaci\u00f3n, el reskilling y la movilidad interna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">UGT<\/span> seguir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ando la transformaci\u00f3n de Telef\u00f3nica desde el di\u00e1logo y la negociaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n desde la defensa firme del empleo y de las condiciones laborales.<\/strong>\u00a0Queremos una Telef\u00f3nica m\u00e1s competitiva y preparada para el futuro; y queremos que ese futuro se construya con sus plantillas.\u00a0<strong>Tenemos garant\u00edas hasta 2030 porque anticipamos que los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os ser\u00edan a\u00f1os de transformaci\u00f3n.
