{"id":1068980,"date":"2026-10-20T17:18:02","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T16:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=1068980"},"modified":"2026-10-20T17:18:02","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T16:18:02","slug":"ugt-logra-un-nuevo-avance-hacia-la-compensacion-de-los-festivos-en-sabado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/ugt-logra-un-nuevo-avance-hacia-la-compensacion-de-los-festivos-en-sabado\/","title":{"rendered":"UGT LOGRA UN NUEVO AVANCE HACIA LA COMPENSACI\u00d3N DE LOS FESTIVOS EN S\u00c1BADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tras la solicitud formal presentada por <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><b>UGT<\/b><\/span>, de la que os informamos la semana pasada, se ha convocado para el pr\u00f3ximo martes la <b>Comisi\u00f3n Interempresas de Interpretaci\u00f3n y Vigilancia del III CEV, <\/b>un paso imprescindible para avanzar en el<b> reconocimiento de la compensaci\u00f3n de los festivos <\/b>que coinciden en s\u00e1bado para las personas trabajadoras de<b> TdE, TME y TSOL.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Como representantes de las personas trabajadoras, tenemos la responsabilidad de conocer y utilizar los mecanismos de nuestro convenio para defender nuestros derechos. Por ello, hemos seguido el procedimiento previsto en el art\u00edculo 219 del III CEV, que establece la <strong>intervenci\u00f3n previa<\/strong> de esta Comisi\u00f3n para abordar las discrepancias sobre la interpretaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n del clausulado de nuestro convenio, antes de acudir a otras instancias, como el SIMA y, en su caso, la v\u00eda judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Porque un convenio no solo se negocia: tambi\u00e9n hay que <strong>conocerlo, defenderlo y hacerlo cumplir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Con este nuevo paso, avanzamos en la b\u00fasqueda de un acuerdo que garantice la compensaci\u00f3n de los festivos que coincidan en s\u00e1bado, sin que cada persona trabajadora tenga que afrontar sus reclamaciones de forma individual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> seguiremos trabajando, con di\u00e1logo y voluntad de acuerdo, para que esta iniciativa se traduzca en una soluci\u00f3n colectiva que aporte seguridad a toda la plantilla afectada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align:
