{"id":1148,"date":"2017-04-03T10:15:02","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T09:15:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ugtcom.h2301842.stratoserver.net\/wordpress\/wordpress\/?p=1148"},"modified":"2017-03-22T10:37:18","modified_gmt":"2017-03-22T09:37:18","slug":"acuerdo-comparticion-ftth-telefonica-vodafone-este-camino-cnmc-no-la-imposicion-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/acuerdo-comparticion-ftth-telefonica-vodafone-este-camino-cnmc-no-la-imposicion-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Acuerdo de compartici\u00f3n de FTTH entre Telef\u00f3nica Y Vodafone: \u00e9ste era el camino, CNMC, no la imposici\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El anuncio realizado hoy por Telef\u00f3nica y Vodafone, para compartir la red de fibra hasta el hogar de la primera, vuelve a dar la raz\u00f3n a los planteamientos previos de <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span>, por un lado, sobre la regulaci\u00f3n sectorial en las redes de nueva generaci\u00f3n, y por otro, sobre la necesidad de configurar un Sector de las Comunicaciones compuesto de operadores fuertes que compitan sobre infraestructuras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Desde un primer momento, <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> consider\u00f3, y aventur\u00f3 de forma p\u00fablica, por una regulaci\u00f3n de fibra \u00f3ptica que primase los acuerdos entre las partes por encima de las imposiciones del regulador, muchas veces desfasadas y, en otras ocasiones, radicalmente equivocadas. Criticamos con intensidad la decisi\u00f3n de la CNMC de abrir la red FTTH porque alentaba el parasitismo y desincentivaba la inversi\u00f3n, por tanto, la creaci\u00f3n de empleo de calidad. Este acuerdo ratifica nuestra postura: un acuerdo bilateral o multilateral entre las partes conforma una competencia justa, basada en la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas infraestructuras de vanguardia, que al final tendr\u00e1n como consecuencia una din\u00e1mica competitiva que generar\u00e1 riqueza, empleo y una mayor huella digital en nuestro Sociedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, y tambi\u00e9n desde siempre, <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> siempre ha apostado por un sector de las comunicaciones s\u00f3lido, innovador y din\u00e1mico, que genere puestos de trabajo con mayor cualificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y, por tanto, con mayor empleabilidad y mejores condiciones laborales. Para lograr ese objetivo, <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> considera imprescindible la presencia de operadores de telecomunicaciones fuertes, que apuesten por un modelo sectorial basado en la competencia sobre infraestructuras, lo que conlleva inversi\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n, crecimiento y empleo. Y tambi\u00e9n este acuerdo entre Telef\u00f3nica y Vodafone ratifica nuestro posicionamiento. Ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas entienden su modelo competitivo bajo el prisma de la inversi\u00f3n, tienen las relaciones laborales y la interlocuci\u00f3n sindical entre sus prioridades, y en definitiva, generan empleo tecnol\u00f3gico y digno. Nada que ver con otros actores que ni invierten, ni generan empleo ni riqueza, que s\u00f3lo parasitan, porque les dejan, por las redes de los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En conclusi\u00f3n, la apuesta estrat\u00e9gica que ha realizado <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">UGT<\/span> Comunicaciones<\/strong> por un Modelo de Sector sostenible, digital e inversor, con operadores fuertes compitiendo en infraestructuras, acaba demostr\u00e1ndose como el mejor para crear y consolidar aut\u00e9ntico empleo de calidad y, en definitiva, est\u00e1 resultando el Modelo que
