{"id":117205,"date":"2018-03-19T08:00:10","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T06:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=117205"},"modified":"2018-03-06T18:42:05","modified_gmt":"2018-03-06T16:42:05","slug":"hutchison-vende-filial-hong-kong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/hutchison-vende-filial-hong-kong\/","title":{"rendered":"Hutchison vende su filial en Hong Kong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Traemos a colaci\u00f3n esta notica, no por su repercusi\u00f3n en nuestro sector en Espa\u00f1a, ni siquiera por su relevancia empresarial (se trata de una operaci\u00f3n tasada en algo m\u00e1s de alrededor 1.600 millones de euros, 14.500 de d\u00f3lares de Hong Kong), sino por la empresa vendedora, la asi\u00e1tica Hutchinson, una compa\u00f1\u00eda eminentemente compradora y con fuerte presencia en Europa<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, y porque, adem\u00e1s, la venta implica a una filial donde reside la sede de la vendedora<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>, una operaci\u00f3n poco com\u00fan en nuestro Sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-117206 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/hutchison-01-19-03-18.png\" alt=\"hutchison-01-19-03-18\" width=\"246\" height=\"59\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 246px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 246\/59;\" \/>Efectivamente, la empresa Hutchison Telecomunicaciones Hong Kong Holdings (HTHKH<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>) ha vendido su filial local de telefon\u00eda fija, llamada Hutchison Global Communications (HGC), a Squared Capital, una empresa de gesti\u00f3n de inversiones de infraestructura. La adquisici\u00f3n se ha realizado por un valor de 14.497 millones de d\u00f3lares de Hong Kong en efectivo, a cambio del 100% de dicho operador de red fija. La venta de HGC deja a HTHKH con \u00fanicamente su operador m\u00f3vil, 3 Hong Kong<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-117207 alignright lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/hutchison-02-19-03-18.png\" alt=\"hutchison-02-19-03-18\" width=\"83\" height=\"123\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 83px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 83\/123;\" \/>Resulta llamativa esta operaci\u00f3n por las circunstancias antes apuntadas; por un lado, Hutchison hab\u00eda mantenido hasta la fecha una estrategia inversora y de expansi\u00f3n, especialmente en Europa. De hecho, la asi\u00e1tica ya tiene presencia en Italia, Reino Unido, Suecia, Dinamarca, Austria e Irlanda<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>, sin contar sus filiales de Vietnam, Sri Lanka e Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y por otro lado, que el objeto de venta sea la una empresa filial que reside y opera en la misma ciudad donde el Grupo Hutchinson mantiene su sede. Con todas las distancias, es como si Deustche Telekom se expandiese a base de talonario por toda Europa, mientras vende su red fija en Alemania.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguramente, la
