Pero que fuese de una forma de elevada, eso ya era mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de predecir<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>. De hecho, las primeras evaluaciones realizadas al respecto por Eurostat no iban en esa direcci\u00f3n<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero los informes confeccionados por el suprarregulador europeo (BEREC<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>) y por otras casas, como Ovum<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>, Syniverse<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>, Techradar o Juniper<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>, o incluso los propios operadores, confirman la explosi\u00f3n del consumo. Veamos algunos ejemplos y cifras:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Desde\u00a0<strong>abril hasta septiembre de 2017<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>tr\u00e1fico de datos aument\u00f3 un 434,55% <\/strong>con respecto al verano de 2016 (datos del BEREC).<\/li>\n<li>El crecimiento del tr\u00e1fico de datos aument\u00f3 en 148,43% en el 3T 2017 y en 134,09% en el 2T 2017, respectivamente, con respecto al trimestre anterior (datos del BEREC).<\/li>\n<li>Durante el mismo per\u00edodo, el crecimiento del tr\u00e1fico para las llamadas internacionales salientes tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 en un 78,34% en el 3T 2017 (BEREC).<\/li>\n<li>La tasa de crecimiento de SMS fue de un 92,94% en el 3T 2017 (BEREC).<\/li>\n<li>Seg\u00fan Syniverse, los datos m\u00f3viles aumentaron un 308%, las llamadas de voz un 95% y SMS un 34% durante julio, agosto y septiembre de 2017 en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo per\u00edodo en 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Movistar registr\u00f3 un aumento del 270% en el tr\u00e1fico de datos de los visitantes extranjeros en Espa\u00f1a y Vodafone un 240%, en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo de 2016. Orange, confirma que el consumo de datos en itinerancia en su red se increment\u00f3 un 400% respecto al julio-septiembre de 2016<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>La velocidad media de descarga en los EEMM de la UE es de 30,57 Mbps.
