Hemos propuesto estudiar la inclusi\u00f3n de colectivos con discapacidad. Hemos pedido que se analice potenciar las condiciones y revisar la antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado\">UGT exigi\u00f3 que las prejubilaciones se incluyeran en el ERE tras la fusi\u00f3n con Jazztel, algo que en el anterior de 2008 no apareci\u00f3, nuestra labor marc\u00f3 la pauta para que se implantara en 2016 y por supuesto pedimos desde esa fecha que siempre que hubiera margen se ampliara a\u00f1o a a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado\">La empresa transmite que no hay dinero y debe autorizarlo Francia, pero en 2016 estuvo abierto a todos hasta el cupo marcado, el cual a\u00fan no se ha cubierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificado\">\u00bfHab\u00eda dinero en 2016 y ahora no? \u00bfLo que no se gast\u00f3 en 2016 y estaba presupuestado donde ha ido?<br>\nEs necesario mantener abierto el plan y as\u00ed lo hemos pedido nuevamente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hemos apostado por ellas para que junto con otras medidas la empresa no siga despidiendo.
