{"id":338976,"date":"2019-05-10T15:05:53","date_gmt":"2019-05-10T13:05:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=338976"},"modified":"2019-05-10T09:53:13","modified_gmt":"2019-05-10T07:53:13","slug":"x-reunion-convenio-colectivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/x-reunion-convenio-colectivo\/","title":{"rendered":"X Reuni\u00f3n Convenio Colectivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La labor que desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> hemos realizado difundiendo la propuesta de la empresa de <strong>REDISTRIBUIR LA JORNADA PARA TENER S\u00d3LO 2 MESES DE INTENSIVA EN VERANO EN LUGAR DE 3 A CAMBIO DE SALIR ANTES LOS VIERNES, MEDIA HORA<\/strong>, abriendo a una consulta a la plantilla y las respuestas recibidas han dado fruto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De las m\u00e1s de 1000 respuestas recibidas, <strong>el 99,8% no aceptaban ese cambio de esquema<\/strong>. Esta respuesta y la presi\u00f3n ejercida han dado lugar a que la empresa se replantee la situaci\u00f3n y proponen que el esquema sea el siguiente (dado que Septiembre se ha convertido para ellos en un mes fundamental para la actividad del negocio):<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>No tener intensiva en Septiembre y cambiarla por:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jornada intensiva en verano: mediados de Junio, Julio y Agosto.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Jornada intensiva entre Navidad y Reyes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Jornada intensiva en Semana Santa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indican que ese periodo de Septiembre no afecta s\u00f3lo a colectivos concretos si no que la empresa tiene la necesidad de que toda la plantilla tenga jornada ordinaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> les ha trasladado que <strong>esa propuesta puede ser aceptada o no en funci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n personal de cada uno<\/strong>, que es mejor evidentemente que lo que planteaban en la reuni\u00f3n anterior, pero que debemos analizarla detenidamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>DESCONEXI\u00d3N DIGITAL<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> traslad\u00f3 a la empresa el pasado verano una propuesta para garantizar el derecho a la desconexi\u00f3n digital. Entonces nos emplazaron a la negociaci\u00f3n del Convenio, y en esta reuni\u00f3n hemos empezado a hablar del tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nuestra postura es clara<\/strong>: el convenio debe recoger este derecho. Y debemos garantizar que fuera de nuestro horario laboral nadie exija que tengamos que conectarnos a los sistemas, correo, tel\u00e9fono &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresa, tras escuchar nuestra postura, nos indica que nos dar\u00e1 traslado de una propuesta de redactado para incluir en el Convenio, la cual estudiaremos y haremos las aportaciones pertinentes para lograr ese objetivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresa a\u00fan no est\u00e1 en disposici\u00f3n de dar una respuesta definitiva a las propuestas de empleo, revisi\u00f3n salarial, brecha salarial, congelaci\u00f3n salarial, variable, movilidad sostenible \u2026 y para seguir avanzando en la negociaci\u00f3n <strong>la pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n se centrar\u00e1 en permisos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para el 14 de Mayo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La labor que desde UGT hemos realizado difundiendo la propuesta de la empresa de REDISTRIBUIR LA JORNADA PARA TENER S\u00d3LO 2 MESES DE INTENSIVA EN VERANO EN LUGAR DE 3 A CAMBIO DE SALIR ANTES LOS VIERNES, MEDIA HORA, abriendo a una consulta a la plantilla y las respuestas recibidas han dado fruto.
