{"id":366717,"date":"2019-06-21T15:05:21","date_gmt":"2019-06-21T13:05:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=366717"},"modified":"2019-06-21T10:34:10","modified_gmt":"2019-06-21T08:34:10","slug":"xv-reunion-convenio-colectivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/xv-reunion-convenio-colectivo\/","title":{"rendered":"XV Reuni\u00f3n Convenio Colectivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras una primera parte de m\u00e1s de 1h hablado de temas importantes, pero que no son bloqueantes para un acuerdo, <span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> <strong>quiso reconducir las negociaciones al tema principal que est\u00e1 bloqueando la negociaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: <strong><u>UNA REVISI\u00d3N SALARIAL M\u00c1S JUSTA<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello transmitimos que aunque al finalizar la reuni\u00f3n plantear\u00edamos un acercamiento de posturas en el resto de temas, <strong>era obligado \u201ccoger el toro por los cuernos\u201d<\/strong> y afrontar el tema de la revisi\u00f3n salarial ya que sin clarificar las posturas e intentar acercamientos no conseguiremos nada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta que <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> plante\u00f3 el pasado 12 de Junio para acercar posturas en lo concerniente al tope ha sido entregada a todas las partes y firmada por la Direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta posibilidad que plantea <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> <strong>ha sido apoyada por el conjunto de la mesa con el agradecimiento expreso de CCOO y el apoyo de USO,<\/strong> gestos que reconocemos sinceramente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La unidad de todos los sindicatos en torno a la revisi\u00f3n salarial ha sido continua desde el inicio, pero la empresa en la cuesti\u00f3n del tope sigue sin moverse a pesar de su crecimiento y beneficios. Por eso planteamos como alternativa elevar el tope a 60.000\u20ac de salario fijo y que por debajo las revisiones fueran universales y de al menos el IPC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El coste de la medida es perfectamente asumible dado que la empresa pone dinero para temas NO universales como la movilidad sostenible. En la reuni\u00f3n de este mi\u00e9rcoles 19 de Junio los 3 sindicatos (CCOO, USO y <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">UGT<\/span>) \u00a0hemos estado alineados en esta propuesta y hemos conseguido que desde diferentes \u00e1mbitos se apoye este planteamiento. Prueba de ello es el Comit\u00e9 de Sevilla, donde los 3 sindicatos por unanimidad manifiestan su total rechazo a la \u00faltima propuesta de la Direcci\u00f3n en materia de revisi\u00f3n salarial y han refrendado este apoyo: <a href=\"http:\/\/ugt-orange.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/Escrito-del-Comite-de-Empresa-de-Sevilla-a-la-Direccion-de-Orange-3.pdf\"><strong>RESOLUCI\u00d3N COMIT\u00c9 DE SEVILLA<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algo que va a tener su reflejo en otros Comit\u00e9s, y que en territorios como Asturias, Pa\u00eds Vasco, Zaragoza, Baleares \u2026, con delegados de personal de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span>, ya se han pronunciado a favor de esta propuesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresa tras un receso nos ofreci\u00f3 1 d\u00eda por matrimonio si coincide con d\u00eda de trabajo, incorporar a un colectivo de releases a complementos, dar 12 mensualidades de movilidad sostenible, no tener efecto el EBITDA por debajo del tope si no es negativo, a salarios congelados dar otro ejercicio de revisi\u00f3n en 2021 \u2026 pero no mover el tope.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que planteamos tiene un coste de algo m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de euros, similar al coste que tiene incrementar a 11\u20ac la ayuda a comida para todos y todas sin exclusi\u00f3n, similar a lo que supondr\u00eda elevar el variable m\u00ednimo del 15% al 20%&#8230;. pero dicen que no hay dinero para eso y si lo hay para la novedad de la movilidad sostenible u otras cuestiones no universales, o para pagar 8 millones a 49 directivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para <strong>UGT<\/strong> eliminar el tope era una l\u00ednea roja, al igual que para el resto de sindicatos, y para la empresa no tocarlo ni un mil\u00edmetro tambi\u00e9n es una l\u00ednea roja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En aras de conseguir un acuerdo UGT lidera una propuesta<\/strong> que significa romper nuestra l\u00ednea roja planteando un tope diferente, algo que ha conseguido un <strong>consenso sindical evidente<\/strong>, y lo que se espera de una empresa como <strong>Orange<\/strong> es que tambi\u00e9n rompa su l\u00ednea roja por el bien de todos y todas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y aun as\u00ed, desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> en un <strong>esfuerzo redoblado<\/strong> por llegar a un acuerdo planteamos a TODAS las partes que est\u00e1bamos incluso dispuestos a dejar a un lado (para ver si en un futuro podemos conseguirlo) las 8 hojas de nuestra plataforma repletas de mejoras <strong>para centrarnos en 12 puntos fundamentales<\/strong>. Dicha propuesta fue entregada a todos los sindicatos y a la empresa, la cual firm\u00f3 el documento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 problema hay en centrarnos al menos en: <strong>variable, antig\u00fcedad, kilometraje, renting, ayuda a comida, l\u00edneas y descuentos, plan de pensiones, teletrabajo, jornada, y conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hemos decidido liderar la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n ante el bloqueo existente<\/strong>, proponiendo una alternativa viable y asumible para la revisi\u00f3n salarial, aparcando (sin renunciar en un futuro) la mayor parte de nuestra plataforma y centrarnos en lo b\u00e1sico. Y no estamos solos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hacemos un llamamiento de unidad en torno a nuestras propuestas<\/strong>, y tambi\u00e9n lanzamos un <strong>mensaje de esperanza<\/strong> porque llegar\u00e1n los pesimistas, quienes temen al futuro, quienes se sienten agotados \u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> <strong>se pone al frente<\/strong>, es ahora el momento de estar a la altura, <strong>con viento a favor cualquiera avanza<\/strong>.
