{"id":420,"date":"2016-12-12T09:53:23","date_gmt":"2016-12-12T08:53:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ugtcom.h2301842.stratoserver.net\/wordpress\/wordpress\/?p=420"},"modified":"2017-06-28T08:12:34","modified_gmt":"2017-06-28T07:12:34","slug":"t-mobile-netherladns-adquiere-el-negocio-fijo-de-vodafone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/t-mobile-netherladns-adquiere-el-negocio-fijo-de-vodafone\/","title":{"rendered":"T-mobile Netherladns adquiere el negocio fijo de Vodafone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La filial del negocio de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil de Deutsche Telekom ubicada en los Pa\u00edses Bajos ha adquirido los activos de telefon\u00eda fija de Vodafone en Holanda, conocido como <em>Vodafone Thuis<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 enmarcada en los remedios impuestos por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> a Vodafone por su fusi\u00f3n con Ziggo en el pa\u00eds de los tulipanes<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>, que obligaba a la primera a desinvertir en ciertos activos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta compra, T-Mobile se hace con 150.000 clientes de banda ancha fija, que son atendidos por 100 trabajadores, permiti\u00e9ndole conformar una oferta integrada de servicios mediante paquetes convergentes de producci\u00f3n propia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La operadora con sede en Bonn (Alemania) espera que su cartera de servicios convergentes alcance as\u00ed al 90% de sus clientes y su cobertura de banda ancha llegue hasta el 80% de los hogares holandeses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T-Mobile hab\u00eda abandonado en 2013 el mercado fijo en los Pa\u00edses Bajos con la venta del IPS Online.nl en 2013, optando por una estrategia \u201cs\u00f3lo-m\u00f3vil\u201d que se ha revelado como equivocada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta reorganizaci\u00f3n, el mercado de los Paises Bajos se concentra alrededor de tres competidores convergentes: KPN, la alianza Vodafone-Ziggo y la renovada T-Mobile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como es habitual, la operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 condicionada a la aprobaci\u00f3n de los reguladores nacionales y europeos.
