Esto se articul\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del art.41 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, lo que\u00a0obliga a la empresa a 15 d\u00edas de periodo de consulta con los representantes de los trabajadores antes de poder aplicarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Durante dicho periodo se consigui\u00f3 que la empresa ofreciera aumentar en 2 puntos el salario variable de este colectivo, pasando del 15% al 17%, y que se asegurara la aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo m\u00e1s ventajoso durante el primer a\u00f1o para los empleados afectados, pudi\u00e9ndose ampliar dicho periodo hasta 18 meses si un 40% del colectivo estuviera en un porcentaje de cobro inferior al 80% tras el primer a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la \u00faltima oferta de la empresa se consult\u00f3 con los afectados y decidieron aceptar dicha propuesta por mayor\u00eda, por lo que UGT firm\u00f3 el acuerdo con la empresa al igual que el resto de sindicatos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La empresa decidi\u00f3 el pasado mes de junio modificar el variable de ciertos puestos de Technology Enterprise Service (TES) de forma que pasasen de STIP a Incentivos comerciales.
