{"id":754338,"date":"2020-11-02T10:41:26","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T09:41:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=754338"},"modified":"2021-02-02T10:45:02","modified_gmt":"2021-02-02T09:45:02","slug":"departamento-comercial-orange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/departamento-comercial-orange\/","title":{"rendered":"Departamento comercial Orange"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tema central fue la situaci\u00f3n del Renting Comercial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se trasladaron cuestiones como la petici\u00f3n de <strong>UGT<\/strong> de que la fuerza comercial disponga de un dispositivo Surface para desempe\u00f1ar su labor pero la empresa alega problemas presupuestarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero repetimos que lo determinante es la situaci\u00f3n del Renting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras un debate en torno a coeficientes correctores, precio del combustible, precio del Renting\u2026 <strong>UGT<\/strong> tuvo que exponer la realidad pura y simple:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El Renting comercial en Orange no es un Renting, es un20 copago que se carga en la fuerza comercial para que los trabajadores y las trabajadoras subvencionen los gastos de la empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y cuando la empresa dice que las ofertas que presentamos no existen (hay que tener mucha paciencia como pod\u00e9is comprobar) les presentamos lo que se acaba de aprobar en <strong>Vodafone<\/strong> y publicitar a los cuatro vientos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saladeprensa.vodafone.es\/c\/notas-prensa\/np_flota_veh%C3%ADculos_sostenibles\/\">https:\/\/www.saladeprensa.vodafone.es\/c\/notas-prensa\/np_flota_veh%C3%ADculos_sostenibles\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Modelos Mercedes h\u00edbridos enchufables sin coste para la fuerza comercial y con tarjeta gasolina, en un n\u00famero de m\u00e1s de 600 unidades cuando en <strong>Orange<\/strong> hay poco m\u00e1s de 200 veh\u00edculos en nuestra modalidad de \u201cRenting\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible tanta diferencia en un mismo asunto entre operadores \u201cgemelos\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible que nuestros compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras vayan con coches de gama baja y poniendo dinero, pagando adem\u00e1s combustible, y que quienes trabajan para nosotros si tengan Renting de verdad?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Damos una imagen p\u00e9sima, muy cutre, pero lo que m\u00e1s nos preocupa es que en <strong>Orange<\/strong> nuestra fuerza comercial tiene que usar parte de su n\u00f3mina para subvencionar los gastos de la empresa, algo que no se hace en empresas medianamente serias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Encima hay compa\u00f1eros que con ALD tienen problemas con el servicio t\u00e9cnico. Es un desprop\u00f3sito, adem\u00e1s de todo lo anterior si el coche tiene un problema empieza una odisea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya advertimos hace justo 1 a\u00f1o que la empresa debe replantearse esto, no es de recibo, y si no lo hac\u00eda comenzar\u00edamos una campa\u00f1a informativa de concienciaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Compa\u00f1ero y compa\u00f1era comercial, si est\u00e1s sufriendo en tus carnes esta situaci\u00f3n debes saber:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>NADIE TE PUEDE OBLIGAR A RENOVAR EL RENTING.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>CUANDO ACABES EL CONTRATO PUEDES VOLVER A PASAR KIL\u00d3METROS COMO SE HA HECHO SIEMPRE.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>CUALQUIER PRESI\u00d3N PARA QUE RENUEVES O LO CONTRATES ES DENUNCIABLE.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>NO OLVIDES QUE SI RENUEVAS O ACCEDES POR PRIMERA VEZ ESTAR\u00c1S CONDENADO A SUFRIRLO HASTA FINALIZAR EL CONTRATO.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>ESTAMOS PRESIONANDO PARA QUE LA EMPRESA LO CAMBIE AS\u00cd QUE LO MEJOR ES NO HACERLO PARA VER SI LA SITUACI\u00d3N CAMBIA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tienes la suerte de no hacer muchos kil\u00f3metros o, en definitiva, el Renting te viene bien tal y como est\u00e1\u2026 sigue con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero quienes, por ejemplo, superan los 1000Km al mes y fueron presionados para contratar el Renting necesitan que la empresa cambie la pol\u00edtica, y si no la cambia necesitan que nosotros les ayudemos a denunciar a quienes les presionen para renovarlo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El tema central fue la situaci\u00f3n del Renting Comercial.
