{"id":79088,"date":"2017-12-15T14:02:24","date_gmt":"2017-12-15T12:02:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=79088"},"modified":"2017-12-19T14:12:31","modified_gmt":"2017-12-19T12:12:31","slug":"sobre-el-uniforme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/sobre-el-uniforme\/","title":{"rendered":"Sobre el uniforme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span>, os informaros de nuestro total desacuerdo por la situaci\u00f3n que se ha generado alrededor del tema de la certificaci\u00f3n y el vestuario de los Comerciales Punto de Venta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Empresa debe de facilitar las prendas de vestir, que son necesarias para que los compa\u00f1eros y las compa\u00f1eras de tiendas puedan conseguir que se certifique correctamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante el ultimo env\u00edo de prendas de vestir que se ha realizado, muchos de los compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras nos hab\u00e9is hecho llegar la queja sobre el calzado que se os han enviado, as\u00ed como, sobre la nueva normativa de los pantalones que se requieren para la certificaci\u00f3n, que se os ha trasladado a trav\u00e9s del MPO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan nos hab\u00e9is informado el no llevar dichos pantalones, como lo exige la empresa, sin que esta prenda haya sido proporcionada por la misma, es un motivo para que el punto de venta no pase la certificaci\u00f3n y seg\u00fan los mandos toda la responsabilidad recaer\u00e1 sobre aquellos compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras que no cumplan con la normativa de vestuario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/span>instamos a la empresa a que solucione el problema que ella misma ha generado, optando por una de las siguientes opciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; La empresa deber\u00e1 facilitar directamente los pantalones, as\u00ed como cualquier otro elemento del vestuario necesario para desarrollar la labor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; O poniendo a disposici\u00f3n de los comerciales de punto de venta una partida econ\u00f3mica que les permita adquirir las prendas que exige la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span>, no debemos ni podemos permitir que la Empresa intente hacer responsables a los trabajadores y las trabajadoras de la imposibilidad de la certificaci\u00f3n de nuestras tiendas por el tema aqu\u00ed detallado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde UGT, os informaros de nuestro total desacuerdo por la situaci\u00f3n que se ha generado alrededor del tema de la certificaci\u00f3n y el vestuario de los Comerciales Punto de Venta.
