{"id":80078,"date":"2017-12-29T15:05:36","date_gmt":"2017-12-29T13:05:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=80078"},"modified":"2017-12-21T14:38:12","modified_gmt":"2017-12-21T12:38:12","slug":"revision-salarial-orange-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/revision-salarial-orange-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Revisi\u00f3n salarial Orange"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"td-modal-image alignleft wp-image-19683 lazyload\" data-src=\"http:\/\/ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/subida_salarial.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"213\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 341px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 341\/213;\" \/>En la Comisi\u00f3n de Interpretaci\u00f3n del Convenio y Empleo del pasado 14 de Diciembre pudimos tratar varios temas que vamos a desglosaros en este bolet\u00edn, uno de los m\u00e1s sensibles es este sobre Revisi\u00f3n Salarial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay que recordar que durante estos meses la organizaci\u00f3n que ha venido planteando de manera insistente abordar este asunto es <strong>UGT<\/strong>, ya lo hicimos en el escrito presentado a la Direcci\u00f3n el 02\/01\/2017 y a esta Comisi\u00f3n el 16\/01\/2017 (<a href=\"http:\/\/ugt-orange.es\/2017\/02\/propuesta-ugt-orange-sobre-salarios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VER<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para nosotros el debate no puede quedar circunscrito al IPC de los salarios \u201cmedios\u201d ya que el crecimiento de la empresa es grande y no revierte en la plantilla. Por ello planteamos compensar a quienes llevan a\u00f1os congelados, que en este entorno de crecimiento no perdamos poder adquisitivo, que se reduzcan las brechas salariales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello nuestra propuesta adem\u00e1s de garantizar el poder adquisitivo intenta consolidar en el fijo parte del bono extraordinario que se cobra si la empresa va realmente bien, complementando estas medidas con incrementos en las tablas salariales sobre las que se aplican las subidas y en los complementos salariales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si en un entorno de clara bonanza no podemos ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del IPC\u2026. \u00bfd\u00f3nde queda la justificaci\u00f3n de prorrogar un convenio para afrontar estos asuntos posteriormente si no hay ese compromiso?
