Por ello <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong><\/span> solicit\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n con Relaciones Laborales para arrojar luz en alguno de los puntos que te aclaramos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rating (calificaci\u00f3n del PD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; La mayor\u00eda de las personas (70%) no tendr\u00e1n rating porque la empresa cree que todo el mundo tiene talento y que puede hacer un buen trabajo. En lugar de poner el foco en el rating, se pretende que las conversaciones se centren en ayudar a las personas a crecer y a desarrollarse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Top Performers (20%): Quieren seguir identificando a las personas que tienen un desempe\u00f1o muy alto o que pueden desempe\u00f1ar otros roles, para darles acceso a m\u00e1s oportunidades. Es el \u00fanico rating del que quedar\u00e1 registro en la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Movers (10%): \u00a0Seg\u00fan la empresa siempre hay un peque\u00f1o grupo de personas que necesita un cambio. Esto puede significar que necesiten mejorar su rendimiento, cambiarse de posici\u00f3n o buscar una compa\u00f1\u00eda que se ajuste m\u00e1s a sus necesidades. Los managers tienen que informar a los empleados que han sido identificados como \u201cmovers\u201d, sin embargo, esto no implica que tengan asignado un rating aunque s\u00ed podr\u00edan tener un plan de acci\u00f3n para mejorar las \u00e1reas en las que necesiten hacerlo. Nadie, excepto mando y empleado afectado, sabr\u00e1 de la existencia de la etiqueta \u2018mover\u2019. Esto implica que la compa\u00f1\u00eda no tendr\u00e1 un registro de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Top talent<\/strong> \u2013 Son empleados con potencial, no tiene que ver con el rendimiento, por tanto no es un rating y no influye en el pago del Stip. Representa un m\u00e1ximo del 15% de los empleados. Te\u00f3ricamente Top Talent puede ser cualquier empleado independientemente de su rating, aunque lo m\u00e1s l\u00f3gico es que sea alguien que tenga buen performance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los empleados identificados como Top performers y\/o Top talent podr\u00e1n ver dicho reconocimiento por escrito en su carta de variable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pago de STIP seg\u00fan el nuevo PD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No va a haber ning\u00fan cambio en los presupuestos anuales vinculados al PD, y los managers tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s autonom\u00eda sobre \u00e9l a la hora de tomar decisiones locales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Top Performer cobrar\u00e1n entre el 107,5% y 125% del STIP de compa\u00f1\u00eda.<br \/>\nEl resto, incluidos los Movers, cobrar\u00edan entre el 50% y 107,5% del STIP de compa\u00f1\u00eda. Lo l\u00f3gico es que un Mover se encuentre m\u00e1s cerca del 50% que del 107,5%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UGT<\/strong> <\/span>ya no compart\u00edamos el uso que se hac\u00eda del PD anterior. En este nuevo PD vemos alguna ventaja como la de que los \u2018movers\u2019 no queden registrados y por tanto tengan m\u00e1s facilidad para acceder a vacantes sin el estigma del mal performance, sin embargo estamos en contra de que por una decisi\u00f3n unilateral del mando al poner esta etiqueta pudiera llegar a despedirse a un empleado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hay mucha desinformaci\u00f3n sobre el nuevo proceso del PD2020 que ya nos aplica este a\u00f1o.
