{"id":975808,"date":"2022-03-03T19:33:12","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T17:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/?p=975808"},"modified":"2022-03-03T19:33:12","modified_gmt":"2022-03-03T17:33:12","slug":"european-media-freedom-act","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ugtcomunicaciones.es\/wordpress\/european-media-freedom-act\/","title":{"rendered":"European Media Freedom ACT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FeSMC ha participado en la consulta p\u00fablica de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre la Ley Europea de libertad en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/es\/ip_22_85\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>European Media Freedom Act (EMFA)<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong>, que pretende establecer mecanismos para incrementar la transparencia, la independencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de las acciones que afecten al mercado de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, la libertad y el pluralismo dentro de la UE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hasta el 21 de marzo sigue abierta la consulta en <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/have-your-say\/initiatives\/13206-Safeguarding-media-freedom-in-the-EU-new-rules_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>este link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n hemos asistido a la reuni\u00f3n convocada por la <strong>Federaci\u00f3n Europea de Periodistas<\/strong>, con m\u00e1s de 25 representantes de asociaciones europeas, en la que se han planteado las situaciones de cada pa\u00eds y se nos ha informado de que <strong>la Comisi\u00f3n parece querer poner en marcha algunas soluciones como:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Normas para evitar conflictos de intereses para la gesti\u00f3n de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de servicio p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salvaguardias de independencia para los procedimientos de nombramiento en la gesti\u00f3n de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de servicio p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salvaguardias de independencia para los procedimientos de despido en relaci\u00f3n con la gesti\u00f3n de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de servicio p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Normas sobre la representaci\u00f3n social justa y diversa en la gesti\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mecanismos de seguimiento para el cumplimiento de las atribuciones de servicio p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FeSMC ha participado en la consulta p\u00fablica de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre la Ley Europea de libertad en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n (European Media Freedom Act (EMFA)), que pretende establecer mecanismos para incrementar la transparencia, la independencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de las acciones que afecten al mercado de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, la [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":496261,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-975808","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-regulacion"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.3 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
