Objetivos que como sab\u00e9is vincular\u00e1n nuestra retribuci\u00f3n variable entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera se pretende dotar de transparencia al ejercicio de consecuci\u00f3n de objetivos de Compa\u00f1\u00eda, y en lugar de decirnos en febrero cu\u00e1l ha sido la consecuci\u00f3n y eso trasladarlo a la retribuci\u00f3n variable, revisaremos si esa consecuci\u00f3n est\u00e1 correctamente calculada con lo que se ha depositado el a\u00f1o anterior en notar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En resumen, pasaremos de ser informados y creernos la consecuci\u00f3n de objetivos a poder contrastar si es correcta dicha consecuci\u00f3n con lo depositado ante notario el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A este acto hemos acudido 7 representantes de los trabajadores y trabajadoras de <strong>OSP<\/strong> y <strong>OSFI<\/strong>, 3 de los cuales \u00e9ramos de <strong>UGT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como os inform\u00e1bamos la semana pasada hemos estado el lunes 28 en la notar\u00eda de Pozuelo de Alarc\u00f3n para que la empresa deposite ante notario sus objetivos para este a\u00f1o.
